Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nexmerce, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Marketplace transactions

Orders placed on the marketplace are fulfilled from inventory allocated through the Nexmerce trading system. Product availability and pricing may change without notice.

3. Payments (MVP phase)

During this MVP phase, payments are recorded manually by Nexmerce staff rather than processed automatically by a payment gateway. Order confirmation is subject to payment verification.

4. Trader allocations

Traders who fund allocations against commerce lots do so subject to the allocation terms presented at the time of funding, including applicable fees.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nexmerce after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
