About Nexmerce

Nexmerce is a smart e-commerce trading platform that gives traders access to verified commerce lots and tools to manage allocations and track settlements. All new accounts are automatically registered as Traders.

Every allocation, sale, and settlement is recorded through a double-entry ledger and an append-only inventory ledger, so balances and financial positions stay consistent and auditable end to end.

Nexmerce is currently in its MVP / pilot phase. Payments are recorded manually by our finance team while a live payment gateway integration is finalized, and this page — like the rest of the site — is managed through our own content system, so it will keep evolving as the platform grows.
